IT support as a service

IT support for businesses

One service desk for your employees, response times set out in your SLA and a monthly price from DKK 249 per employee. Remote support across Denmark, on-site on Zealand and in Greater Copenhagen.

In short

IT support for businesses is a fixed support agreement where an external partner helps your employees when technology fails: login, email, Microsoft 365, printers, network, phones and everything else that eats into working time.

The service includes a staffed service desk, response times set out in your SLA (P1-P4) and reported every month, remote support across Denmark and on-site help when a problem needs someone there. MI Support IT provides IT support to Danish businesses with 5 to 150+ employees from its base in Greve, Greater Copenhagen.

The price starts from DKK 249 per employee per month, is always agreed with you, and stays the same however many tickets employees raise. Support can stand alone as your external IT support or relieve an in-house IT lead who needs access to specialists. All tickets are prioritised by business impact and documented, so you can always see what has been reported and solved.

Onboarding is included and typically takes 2-4 weeks, with no long lock-in.

About IT support

IT support as a service, not firefighting. One point of contact, documented tickets and response times set out in your SLA.

IT support is about your employees' working day. They need to be able to log on in the morning, email has to work, and the meeting should start without fuss over screen and sound. A forgotten password must not cost half a working day. A good IT support company puts this into a system: one point of contact, documented tickets, response times set out in your SLA and technicians who already know your environment.

Many small and medium-sized businesses get by with a tech-savvy colleague or an hourly-paid technician. That works until the colleague is on holiday, or the problem is bigger than a restart. With a fixed agreement on external IT support, you get a whole team behind you: one service desk and specialists in Microsoft 365, networking and security, without hiring them yourself.

MI Support IT-team i arbejde

One agreement covers everyday IT. Service desk, remote and on-site support, user help, devices and security, all logged as tickets.

A support agreement covers your employees' daily IT needs. Everything is logged as tickets, so you can always see what has been reported, what has been solved and how long it took.

One single service desk

One phone number and one email address for every IT problem. Each request becomes a documented ticket, so nothing gets lost in an inbox.

Remote support across Denmark

Most tickets are solved with secure remote access while the employee is on the phone. It works whether people are in the office, at home or on the move.

On-site support

If a problem needs someone on site, a technician comes out to you. On-site covers all of Zealand and Greater Copenhagen from our base in Greve.

User help and administration

Creating and removing users, passwords, permissions, licences and help with Outlook, Teams and Excel. Onboarding of new employees is part of the agreement.

PC, Mac, mobile and printers

Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android as well as printers, screens and meeting rooms are covered. Devices are kept up to date, so faults are prevented instead of recurring.

Everyday security

MFA, spam filtering, suspicious emails and locked accounts are handled as part of support, so security is part of every single ticket.

Response times and SLA

Response times are set out in your SLA. Tickets are prioritised P1-P4 by business impact and reported every month.

All tickets are prioritised by business impact, and the specific response times for each priority are set out in your agreement (SLA). That makes response times part of the contract, not a statement of intent, and they are measured and reported every month.

The exact response times for each priority are agreed in your SLA, so they match your business and your operating hours.

Prices

What does IT support for businesses cost? From DKK 249 per employee per month, and the price is always agreed with you.

The price follows the number of employees, not the number of problems. Employees should never hesitate to call, and your budget stays the same whether a month brings five tickets or fifty.

Service desk

A service desk that knows your business. Regular technicians, documented tickets and a status you can always follow.

At the heart of support is a fixed service desk where you talk to technicians who know your environment, not a call centre with a script. Every request is logged as a ticket, prioritised by business impact and followed through to the end. You can always see the status of what has been reported.

The service desk is open Monday to Friday 07:00-17:00. Coverage beyond that and response times depend on your SLA, and a 24/7 service desk comes with Enterprise. Read more about our 24/7 service desk.

Industries

IT support that fits your industry. Experience from industries with high demands on security, compliance and uptime.

Good IT support requires an understanding of the working day it has to support. A law firm has different confidentiality requirements than a clinic has for its patient record systems. We have more than 25 years of experience with IT for industries where the demands on security, compliance and uptime are high.

Cases

Experience from companies you know. The same method, whether your business has 15 or 150 employees.

Behind the support are more than 25 years of experience with IT support and IT operations for Danish businesses and organisations. The team has delivered work for Novo Nordisk, AP Pension, Copenhagen Airport, Rockwool and Gladsaxe Municipality, among others. We use the same methods and documentation discipline when we support a business with 15 employees.

FAQ

Questions about IT support for businesses. Answers on price, response times, coverage and lock-in.

Core starts from DKK 249 per employee per month, and Pro, Business and Enterprise are by agreement. The price is fixed for the agreement period, no matter how many tickets employees raise, and onboarding is included.

IT support is the help your employees get: service desk, user help, troubleshooting and devices. IT outsourcing is a broader agreement where the partner also takes over responsibility for servers, infrastructure, security and strategy. Many start with a support agreement and expand later. With us, both are built on the same service desk and the same response times, so the transition is smooth.

Response times are set out in your SLA (P1-P4) and reported every month. Critical tickets (P1), where operations are down, are started before anything else, while requests and planned tasks (P4) are handled in the agreed order. The monthly report shows whether response times are being met, so you can hold us to them.

Yes. Most tickets are solved fastest with remote access, but if a problem needs hands on site, we send a technician. On-site covers all of Zealand and Greater Copenhagen from our office in Greve, and remote support covers all of Denmark.

Everything employees run into: login and passwords, Outlook and Teams, Microsoft 365, printers, network and Wi-Fi, slow computers, phones and meeting rooms. On top of that comes user administration, licence management and setting up devices for new employees.

Yes, that is a common model. Your IT lead keeps the overview and the tasks that make sense to handle internally, while our service desk takes the daily requests, holiday periods and the specialist tasks that would otherwise require external consultants.

No, the agreement has no long lock-in. We would rather keep you with good service than with contract terms. The notice terms are in the agreement, and if you switch, we help hand over documentation and access.

Onboarding typically takes 2-4 weeks from signing. We map your environment, set up tools, take over access and introduce ourselves to your employees. The process is included in the price, and you can get urgent help from day one while onboarding is under way.

Yes. Remote support and the service desk cover the whole country, and most tickets are solved without anyone on site. On-site technician visits cover Zealand and Greater Copenhagen. If you have locations in the rest of the country, we agree on a model that fits.

Yes. MFA, spam filtering, handling of suspicious emails and locked accounts are part of daily support. If you need more, such as security monitoring, contingency plans or awareness training, the agreement can be extended with our security services.
